I usually don't write up reviews, but the experience working with Premier Pool Plastering has been flawless with a really high service level. They basically built a brand new pool as the only part salvageable from our existing pool was the gunite pool shell. That included building a new baja shelf, new coping, new pool plumbing/equipment/heater, and re-plastering with pebble sheen. We love our new pool and visitors a…

Premier Pool Plastering comes with our highest recommendation for pool work, expertise and professionalism. They were referred to us by a landscape architect who had worked with them in the past. Mike and his entire team's knowledge of spas and pools and how they operate is exceptional. What they did for us was museum-quality work. Our spa had a long-standing leak, and Mike and his team were incredibly responsive to …

Very impressed with every interaction I've had with this company. They redid a section of tile on my pool and came back to address a small issue very promptly. When I had another tile issue on my pool a year later, they did an extremely thorough job in not only fixing the problem but addressing the underlying cause of it. The office staff is also very organized and responsive. They are the best service provider I hav…

He then helped talk me through MULTIPLE approaches of fixing the issue, all while teaching me about the…

Daniel, the owner, blew me off until my pool man, who recommended them in the first place, called him. He tried to blame it on water hardness and PH balance even though the levels were perfect. Daniel wasn't going to do anything about it u…
