Lived at a Lotus West building on Dunsmuir Ave and would rent from them again. Getting set up was easy, the office answered questions quickly, and when something needed fixing it got taken care of without me having to chase anyone. They made renting in LA feel simple. Moved out of the country since, but I still recommend them.
