Working with Alex was a great experience. He built a 600 sq ft ADU on my property and handled everything from permits and plans to construction. The whole process moved faster than I expected, and we were able to get started without a lot of back and forth. From the first conversation to completion, it took a little over 4 months. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for…

I originally only planned to update the kitchen, but during the estimate we talked through the rest of the unit too. Alex gave me separate quotes for the kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, and painting, and the pricing was good enough that I decided to just get everything done at once. I’m glad I did. The place looks a lot fresher now and is much better set up for the next tenant. What I also appreciated was the timing. …

Had a bathroom remodel done in Glendale and had a really good experience overall. The project moved along without a lot of confusion or constant follow-up on my side, which I appreciated. It was easy to stay informed throughout the process, and everything came together in a clean, updated way. The bathroom looks much better now, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Alex did our bathroom remodel and handled the permits too. He was easy to work with, stayed on top of the project, and made the whole process a lot less stressful for us. We’re very happy with how everything turned out. We’re also planning to start our ADU this fall and will be working with Alex on that project too.
