Worked with Koosha for a garage conversion into an ADU. He was awesome to work with. Got back to me in a timely manner for any questions I had. Also worked with me to keep the project within budget. Definitely will work with him again.

Koosha was the project manager for my project. He was organized, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. I appreciated how he communicated clearly, checked in regularly, and made sure the work stayed on schedule. The ADU turned out great, and his oversight made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the GC digital platform used to make communication, progress, and timeline updates easily accessible and retrievable through the project. They finished on time and on budget and the addressed…
