This place was always only open to the trades. I've had an account for 25 years and because I had been hospitalized and not active enough they closed my account. This is not an unreasonable action but when I tried to reopen it to purchase some product they said I would have to go through a whole new process. I guess I'll just have to go to discount pool Mart or another pool supplier.

There service is beyond horrible, I should not have to spend 30 to 45 minutes here. Time is money! They really need to make it a priority to get customers in and out as fast as possible!
