We had an existing waterfall in our lower yard (we have hillside tiers) that was older and had a leak problem, so we hadn't been able to use it. We met with James and discussed the possibility of extending the top of our waterfall and re-routing it so it could be seen from our upper yard, and then feed back into the existing water feature. James was outstanding from day one. His communication was exceptional, and he kept us informed through every step of the process. From helping us choose the perfect flowers to surrounding the waterfall to making sure we had input on every detail, we always felt heard and included. His team was just as impressive. They were hardworking, respectful, incredibly efficient, and left our backyard spotless every single day…

He is a good listener and brought to the project a sense of meaning, artistry and technical prowess. He rose to, and surpassed every expectation. Every step was explained and executed as expected. His crew worked together like a choreographed dance. Al…

James has a keen eye for landscape design and plant placement, which really brought everything together. They didn’t just redo the waterfall—they transformed it into a stunning focal point in our yard. Special…
