Joe has been one of my top-recommended home inspectors since I started in the real estate industry. Honest, communicative, and responsive, he's been with me through new construction to outdated fixer homes and I receive the same thoughtful and thorough work in every situation to make sure my clients come out of the inspections the most informed. When you say you "know a guy", Joe is one of those guys.
