Originally my appointment was rescheduled to the following day which was an inconvenience. But I’m glad we did because Celso came the next day and he has a lot of expertise. He changed out the rotting wood on the bottom of our door and gave me lots of good suggestions and advice on how to keep it from rotting again. He has lots of knowledge and knows what he’s doing. The team at Kaminsky did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with my new bathroom. Francisco does excellent tile work. He installed Toto toilets and seats as well as new faucets beautifully. His finishing with paint and caulk is perfect! The job came in very close to estimate.

The work was beautifully done, five stars. The scheduling for it was chaotic, two stars. The company had too many jobs last week and not enough crew. Instead of coming to my job site Monday, shortly before scheduled arrival I got a text ‘ be there Wednesday’. Wednesday they forgot to buy drywall so when the new windows were in they left till next day. Two day job became a four-day job because they worked half days.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their chatbot answering service is not only creepy, it’s also worthless. Made a booking appointment, confirmed & nobody showed up. So glad I took the day off. Called & after refusing to talk to another chatbot, got a real person who said the scheduler would call back.
