I bought a fixer upper and got Tom from S and H involved immediately, per recommendation from a few friends who had a great experience with him. His ideas of lay out were brilliant. He truly listened to my needs and was able to come up with a design that matched those. The construction process was as smooth as it can get, with some bumps in the road, that were really well communicated (such as some unexpected roof pr…

The S & H crew made my renovation so easy & they gave me a great deal. They've basically been on call for anything I've needed since moving back in. Tom and his team are really as good as it gets. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I cannot recommend Tom from S & H enough! From start to finish, him and the team exceeded all expectations. The design process was seamless, with their experts taking the time to understand our vision. Not only did they stay on budget, but they also completed the project ahead of schedule. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen space.

I can't say enough about the work that S&H Construction Design did for my uncle's kitchen remodel! Tom and his crew turned what was deemed as an impossible job into a reality that exceeded every expectation. From our initial meeting, it was clear that we were working with professionals who showed up on time and were transparent throughout the entire process. All our questions were answered in a timely fashion and the…

I got a few bids to repaint, add baseboards and doors to one of my apartments. I went with Tom and crew because he communicated well and his price was fair. We ended up with another vacancy and hired him to do the same plus a bathroom gut and tile/ sink base. I was able to raise rents, and we are happy with the light and bright spaces! Thanks Tom!
