I love these guys! Noah was the guy to come and inspect my house initially. He was the best. I got price quoted for 5x more from a company before I called California Attic & Build. They came and did the job and did the job well. I was worried that it was going to be just a basic service but these guys came in and treated my house like I paid the 5x from the previous company. They placed plastic all over the areas tha…

Rats are gone – and so is the stress! California Attic & Build did an amazing job getting rid of the rats in our attic. From the first inspection to the final walkthrough, they were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They sealed up every entry point, cleaned and sanitized the attic, and made sure the problem was fully taken care of. Communication was clear the whole way through, and they genuinely cared about…

Dan was right on time and service was exceptional. We asked him to check our attic for insulation and any rat activities as we had noticed rats outside consistently for some time. He checked everything and was very honest and told us everything looked great and no need to do any work and didn’t try to sale us anything. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

Dan explained several options as to what can/should be done and the costs associated with each. His presentat…

I got a crazy quote from the first company that offered to do it so I googled who else in SD offered insulation replacement and am so glad we chose California Attic and Build!! Literally saved 4 figures. Ben, the owner came to give the free quote and was really frie…
