Our realtor introduced Chuy and his team to update the look and functionality of our home. All the work, cost and time were as scheduled. Chuy helped on designing and selecting the best materials and cost for our budget. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Teddy’s Construction Company. They built my personal 3-bedroom, 2-bath ADU and have also remodeled several of my investment flips as well as projects for my real estate clients. I have known the owners, Jesus and Jose, for over 15 years, and throughout that time they have consistently been professional, responsive, organized, and dependable. Teddy's Fine Builders is a excellent company to work with. Jesus and Jose are excellent and very easy to work with. They stay on top of things and keep their commitments. They did two projects for building/ legalizing laundry rooms in two apartment units. They had to deal with Los Angeles Building and Safety for electrical, plumbing, air ducts permits and inspections and LADWP. We highly recommend this company.
