Mike came out to provide estimate for new concrete patio sealing. His interest in helping to improve a poor finishing by another contractor was exceptional. He was honest with observations and provided explanation of what a sealing could and could not improve. They were not the least expensive BUT attentive, on time, application was done as represented, fairly priced, and provided an overall clean easy experience.

They did excellent work including scaping (including removing some tree roots), leveling, installing the pavers and applying the polymeric sand. I had a very positive experience with H&M Builders and Design. After consulting with multiple different contractors, I selected them as I was impressed with their overall proposal including the design, quality and value. This was a big job to take up all the old concrete and lay down new concrete including a modern, new design. I would recommend them highly.

As a result of insurance company surveyor visit, we had to accelerate our planned work on the walkways on either side of our garage and some patchwork on our sidewalk.
