Carmichael was very courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem promptly. He showed me the problem and quoted a reasonable price for repair. He went above and beyond by desanitizing under and around the house. He returned in two days to insure there were no leaks and the sanitizer had dried under the house. He completed the problem in a timely manner. Outstanding service.

So happy to have found Carmichael to assist us with the Commercial Properties plumbing needs. Great communication, arrived on time, assessed each issue and gave us a fair price before starting. Even handled a couple of added checks at no charge. No complaints that it took longer than anticipated, just got the job done. Above and beyond our expectations. We will certainly be working with Plan A Plumbing again. Thanks …

Fast, friendly, and comprehensive job repiping from a very old system. He explains well as a teacher which is a good sign of both expertise and care. When we had an unexpected noise after the job was finished, he came back right away to troubleshoot and figured out how we could resolve it. I am grateful to work with this local family owned company and will continue to for my other locations. Thank you!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I can’t recommend him enough! If you need someone reliable and good at what they do, I would …
