We hired Royal Family Construction to build a 350 sq ft ADU. The contract process was very detailed, and Royal did a great job detailing the scope of work and walking us through the process. Royal fulfilled the scope of work pursuant to the terms of the agreement. The job look much longer. Yotam said it would take 4 months but it took 13 months.
