We are very happy with our experience with Otto converting our 400 sq ft garage into a beautiful ADU for our 97 year old grandmother so that she can live closer to us. They created a beautiful design that fit exactly what we wanted and came up with many specific details for aging in place that we did not think of ourselves, including increased lighting and roll in shower with accessible handrails and elevated toilet.…

We hired Otto ADU to design and supervise the building of our new ADU. They did a great job. The new ADU (which replaced our garage) is beautiful and, despite its small footprint, is a airy, spacious, and attractive place to be. We are really enjoying it. The project took longer than anticipated, but on the whole went very well. Highly recommend these guys.

They were very knowledgeable, professional, and supportive and we greatly appreciated their ability to hold meetings via zoom during the planning and design phases in which they could share and update designs in real time. This was helpful during the Pandemic but also a great way to coordinate given my and my husband's bus…

He sent an extremely detailed and thoughtful proposal that was easy to comprehend. Now that we’ve had time to reflect on our experience and live with the unit, I feel compelled to make sure others know what they may experience by choosing Otto. Our initial experience with them was very positive. We enjoyed the design process and felt like th…
