We had water intrusion issues related to bad drainage systems in a somewhat tricky backyard configuration that ended up requiring helical piers for our fiundation. Foundation slab poured did not pass inspection. City issued corrections, contractor lied to me about being issued corrections (told me it passed) and disappeared, never addressing corrections. Slab has cracking and moisture issues.
