I found iBuilders through Google after reading many wonderful reviews, and I can honestly say my experience was even better than what people wrote. They replaced my 27-square roof here in North Hollywood, and the entire process was excellent from beginning to end. The team was polite, patient, and very respectful. They explained everything to me clearly so I always understood what was happening. They showed up on tim…

We brought in I Builders for a full demo and rebuild of our Valley Glen home’s first floor. It was a big job — foundation work, new walls, plumbing, everything — and the team tackled it with professionalism and precision. Eden had a great eye for maximizing space, while Tom ran the job site efficiently. There were a couple of change orders, but they communicated them clearly and stayed within budget. I Builders never…

Sun Valley summers can be rough, so we had them build a shaded patio area with fans and lighting. Eden’s layout gave us great airflow without closing off the space. Tom’s crew poured new concrete and framed a gorgeous pergola in just days. Noy handled logistics with clear updates and always followed up. The end result is a relaxing outdoor living room we use constantly. It’s now our favorite part of the property. Eve…

I Builders did a stunning job repainting and modernizing the entryway and hallway of our Glendale condo. Eden recommended neutral tones with just the right accent details, and Tom’s team executed it flawlessly. The painters were detail-oriented and left no mess behind. Noy confirmed the schedule in advance and even helped coordinate access with our building manager. The new look feels clean, modern, and cohesive with…

Eden helped us create a sustainable, drought-tolerant design with gravel paths, native plants, and accent lighting. Tom’s team installed everything with care and precision, turning our plain yard into something worthy of a magazine spread. Noy coordinated deliveries and kept things on track, ev…
