Working with the design team at Nordic Sauna has been an amazing experience. As a construction company, we've partnered with them on several sauna projects, and they consistently exceed our expectations. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are top-notch. Communication is seamless, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We highly recommended!

Overall the result speaks for itself, they did a great job and the sauna looks fantastic. Communication was great! I think it could have been done quicker but they did say it could take 3-days, so can't deduct any points for that ;-) would recommend!

Overall I had the worst experience ordering a sauna from this company. Their communication was absolutely horrendous, I experienced high delays due to improper management ( they forgot to place my order of 18k ) delivery was even worse. They sent one guy to unload 3k pounds worth of items which he ended up not being able to deliver. Customer service was atrocious and I highly recommend a second opinion before using t…

Avoid at all costs, biggest scammers. They charged us 500 dollars for a salt wall light for our sauna that they paid 13 dollars for at Walmart. It wasn't even heat rated and they swore it was something else. Nothing but liars all of them, management to salesmans, to billing Secretary and the technician. They flaked on our repair for 8 months, multiple no shows and then when they finally showed up they were 2 hours…

So I decided to help the Palisades family get their refund ( I lost everythi…
