Very disappointing experience with Pejman Mousavi / Golden Collapse Construction. They take large upfront payments but do not provide proper invoices, clear documentation, or transparency. Many things were discussed verbally, and later denied or changed. Be extremely careful with payment structure and paperwork. The quality of work and materials was far below what was promised.
