Used Synergy to paint the exterior of my house. Very detailed work and craftsmanship. The wood around my house was sanded and repaired. There were areas that the wood had been rotten, it was replaced. The stucco had cracks, those were repaired and restuccoed. Very satisfied with my final result

I cannot recommend Synergy Construction for exterior painting. They have good salespeople. Their lack of adequate preparation resulted in a lower quality of work than promised. When I attempted to switch companies early on and cut my losses due to these concerns , Abi, who never even visited the site, threatened legal action citing a contractual obligation signed at the project's onset.
