What impressed me most was his ability to stay on budget. We kicked this project off during a period when material costs were swinging wildly, yet Lio managed the logistics and sourcing with total transparency and professionalism. While other…

Ron from Lio James helped me after I finished the demolition, and he and his crew did a really good job putting everything back together — paint, floors, bathroom, and more. They were reliable, easy to work with, and the house came out great. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
