These guys are awesome! What started as a floor repair on a balcony (see attached photos) became a much larger renovation. We had QRS replace all our (failing) custom double-pane glass windows and doors, repair and paint the exterior stucco, repair and improve a pergola, and fix an outdoor fireplace. They even repaired a little interior water damage. Francesco was always clear on costs and what work would be done, …

We used Quality Renovation Solutions and was very happy with the quality and professional job that was done to our deck. Francesco the owner was extremely helpful with guiding us with decisions regarding colors, materials and style. They did the work within budget and schedule. They are highly recommended by us. Thanks to Francesco and his team.

My projects included two decks and deck stairs replacement, garage door house frame repair, termite damaged wood wall replacement and indoor stairs vinyl replacing carpet. I was very happy with the results. Francesco was on site every day an…

Francesco came out and quoted me $7.5k to make the necessary repairs. The quote was higher than expected but the deck was in bad shape so I figured more of it would need to be replaced than I hoped. He said it would take his crew 3 days. His crew tu…
