PD&B, inc. created a marvelous ADU out of my garage. We are on our 2nd. tenant as of January 2024. This ADU is so attractive it invites new prospective tenants immediately. This company over promises and under delivers. I went under contract with them to do a simple bathroom remodel early 2019. It took them 5 months to complete. The medicine cabinet had to be replaced, they failed to install the fan/heater/light I requested. They installed only the fan. They had to come back and install what I initially requested.
