Update **11/17/21 I’m rather shocked. The “installers”’at ACR left a finished BEER CAN BEHIND! Finished or unopened, who brings alcohol for an HVAC installation! BEYOND Unprofessional and illegal. Update 10/03/21. Oren your response doesn’t hold up. You are the contractor, you know what has to be done. Why would you even begin work without a permit? Don’t blame my elderly mother; she wouldn’t even know how to tell y…

ACR Heating & Cooling ensures my tenants stay cool in the summer & warm in the winter! These experts reliably serviced my 10 west Hollywood bungalows since 2015. I sleep better at night knowing ACR’s owner Oren Dangour takes care of the temperature for me. His maintenance program ensures my HVAC units outlast others & remain hassle free. Here’s a list of everything they do twice a year for every unit: 1. Replace f…

Very overpriced. They wanted almost $500 to change a capacitor. I declined, as you can get them at a hardware store for $30-40 and change them yourself with Youtube and a socket wrench. The tech was courteous and competent and checked the refrigerant pressure as part of his diagnosis, which I appreciated, but they were just asking way too much for something you can do in 10 minutes. Service fee is $125.

Came within 12 hours to fix our AC problem during a heatwave. Very nice and professional. Didn't try to upsell or pressure us into anything we didn't need, which others have before. Thank you Oren and team!
