I had an incredible experience working with this team! If you need help with your AC, ask for Erik—he is hands down the best service tech in LA. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. When it came to the new unit, Angel was the best installer. He was professional, efficient, and made sure the setup was perfect and clean before leaving. It’s rare to find a company where everyone…

Carlos Argueta came out to check out our AC unit. He told us we didn’t need to replace the unit, just needs maintenance. I was so glad he was honest and didn’t go into a sales pitch. I asked him if he would do the maintenance himself and he came out the next day. He did a great job at a fair price. I will forever use this company. 😊

Seamless, perfect. Everyone working there is very professional and the job was impeccable. Jim is very responsive and patient. He addressed every single issue I had. They installed a new heater and replaced the dry wall, and it looks brand new. 10/10

Jim provided the most competitive quote compared to two other HVAC companies, which made the decision easy. Because of the great service I received, I’ve confidently recommended Bernadin…
