I truly can't recommend David Balmas Construction enough. David and Yaniv were so fantastic to work with through our massive construction project which included renovating our garage into an ADU, redoing out driveway, putting an outdoor kitchen in our backyard and turning our front yard into a courtyard. They helped us out every step of the way from walking us through the permit process, offering numerous ideas on ho…

David is a humble and thorough businessman. He takes the time to hear out your concerns and needs, and walks you through the process. His prices are honest and fair. We used David for foundation repair on an old craftsman home in Los Angeles. We were getting the run around from other companies trying to make a fortune off of us. I will continue to use David Balmas in the future.
