Hired 1OAK Remodeling to extend and remodel my kitchen. The pricing was not within my budget but this had been my second attempt at hiring a contractor so I wasnt going to go cheap. The first company could not even get the blue prints approved. 1 oak approved the blue prints the same day! There wasnt much to see during the framing stage so I couldnt tell how it was going. During the fires and winds in early January, the winds were so powerful that they blew shingles off my roof. Robert responded at 1 Oak Remodeling and his crew did an amazing job. They check off all the boxes in that they are responsive to questions, extremely efficient with top quality work.
