Roman and Maxi Serve have predatory business practices and are completely unprofessional. My home warranty contractor called Roman at Maxi Serve when I had a leak in my house. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the walls, and Roman immediately started pressuring me for consent to work with my home insurance directly. Roman is extremely unresponsive and the company as a whole aren't all on the same page with who's in charge or what's going on.
