Again I am posting kudos for On Track Garage Door Services for the exceptional emergency service they provided us. On a Friday evening I discovered that I backed into the garage door when it was only partially opened. The door closed and opened for me but on next attempt to close it refused and I discovered the door was off track. I called to leave a message hoping I might hear from someone on Saturday but to my surp…

I was told the company could not do same day service on the day I asked for help. However, they sent a service provider same day who completed the work in an hour. Some of the most amazing service I've ever received period. They were able to get a tech out to me a minimum of 2 days sooner than anyone else, some were out closer to a week! On Track was CHEAPER too. I called 5 other companies and none of them could match On Track. Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to get my business back up and running quicker than anyone else in the city. When my do…

AJ was terrific! He arrived on time and was very professional. From the get go you could tell he is very experienced. He removed three existing garage doors and install three new doors and was very detailed oriented. All three doors were balanced and they function beautifully.

Steve has been taking care of our garage doors for years. It is comforting to have the same service technician over the years. I know he knows his trade and that gives me great confidence the job will be done quickly and correctly.
