My Mom lives in Tucson and there was a very large monsoon storm by her house. We were struggling to find a roofer that could even come out to give an estimate. Suzanne was so helpful and got someone out to my Mom's the next day! Finished product was great and customer service was exceptional! Highly recommend using Red Mountain!

Had an appointment today and called this morning to see if they knew a more precise arrival time. What I was told was that they weren’t going to make it to my already scheduled appointment and had to reschedule to a different day. Terrible service.

This company is absolute trash. They left an absolute mess in my backyard Styrofoam ,shingles , and dust everywhere. I have two dogs and they could care less. I had to clean up their mess for them three days in a row. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They very rude! Broke the sewer exhaust pipe that came out of my roof and they fought to say they didn’t !

Scam of a company. They did a roofing inspection and the findings were to replace exhaust fan. Post-completion of exhaust fan, we experienced leak in the same exact location to which evidence was provided, proving their inaccurate inspection findings. They failed to take responsibility for providing wrong information stated that the culprit of the issue was the AC unit.
