The BEST experience with our butlers pantry project! Look no further if you are thinking about custom cabinetry...... Preston has an excellent eye for detail and he was so great to collaborate with during the design process. I wanted oak cabinets and during one of the design meetings he mentioned that he just started carrying a european white oak and the look was exactly what I wanted. I was originally going to go w…

I know folks in the design world like to keep excellent trades and vendors a secret - but I have to give praise where praise is due. Down West deserves it. I’ve worked with Preston and the crew at Down West on a number of design jobs - their fit and finish is second to none and that’s likely because their process up front is incredibly thorough. What a fantastic experience working with Down West! We used them to create two floating cabinets in our master suite remodel. Preston was very helpful in the design phase and the quality of materials and craftsmanship sets Down West apart from other custom cabinetry. Loving the horizontal grain match, custom stain and those soft close drawers!

Preston is next level with taking care of his customers. He did our primary bathroom cabinets. There are gorgeous. After only a week we noticed a scratch on them which we had no clue where it came from. Preston ended up fixing the scratch for free - and super fast. I would never have someone else do our cabinets in our home moving forward. Excellent professional company
