My mom passed and we were moving some of her things across country. Everyone we spoke with on the phone and dealt with in person was thoughtful and professional. We appreciate their compassion and expertise in working with everyone’s time schedule. They completed the move early- before my mom’s funeral- even though we weren’t expecting it. Over all Larry and Cara did an admirable and professional job of moving us. Extraordinary care was clearly taken in the packing of household items such as dishes, etc in kitchen. The driver made extra effort to deliver to our somewhat remote location that required transfer to a smaller truck. My overall experience was very positive. You hear all the nightmare stories with long distance moves and I must say it a smooth process considering it was a full cross country move. The local movers on both ends were polite, friendly and careful with our goods. The national service rep consistently checked in on us and how the process was going. The communication in general was very positive. I would recommend.

Very disappointed in this company. After using Allied for two previous moves, when I attempted to schedule an estimate for an upcoming move it was originally scheduled for Tuesday, then they called to move it to Friday and on Friday morning the estimator called to reschedule again.
