We had our grand piano moved from Issaquah to Bellevue. Access Gentle Moving is fantastic. They charged us as per their provided estimate. Crew showed up on time. Very professional and efficient. They took extra care to protect our piano and the flooring. Will use them again for future moving.

Be careful for your safety as Todd, the owner, will literally hold you hostage if something goes wrong. As noted in other reviews where issues arose, I could literally feel when he switched from being a nice salesperson to becoming physically aggressive.
