It was a pleasure working with Craig! He recently upgraded my electrical panel, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The price was fair and clearly communicated before the work began. I also appreciated him taking the time to make helpful recommendations for future projects that I've been considering. Friendly, great communication, and an expert at what he does. I can’t say enough good things about Craig. He is kind, honest, responsive, and thorough. The work he did is great, and he was done very quickly. Before I found him, I got a quote from a bigger company that used scare tactics and pressure to sell, and as a first-time home owner, that’s really unsettling. But Craig couldn’t be more opposite. I recently had the pleasure of working with Craig as a first time customer with a late night urgent matter. He was attentive, reliable, and his quality of work/knowledge is exactly what you could hope for with a technician. Finding a trustworthy contractor like Craig feels like I struck gold as a first time homeowner.

Craig is exactly the kind of expert service technician that you hope shows up at your house when you need one. Prompt. Personable. Clearly an expert from years of experience. We own a home built in 1965 and we were having issues with the power running to our garden shed. Craig actually figured it out over the phone with me and showed up within 15min to fix the problem.

Our issue was much easier and affordable to repair than we imagined. Craig also educated us on our electrical panel, which was helpful as we had unanswered concerns - it's always good to know how your home works. And lastly, Craig installed a motion detector that wasn't planned but had been on the schedule for years. Our electrical concerns were alleviated and we would refer Craig to others. Thanks!
