We appreciate owner Paul Wilcox not only for the work of his team but also personally connecting us with other key resources we needed. Poor communication. Quotes offer very little detail. Got the sense that they feel like they have the market cornered so they can leave people hanging. Justin committed to helping us with a project agreed his quote was a bit confusing. Offered to re-work the numbers then just never got back to us accept behind text messages. Called office and cell multiple times. Be careful if your project relies on these guys!
