Jordan Sotin is perfect with follow ups for our business and provides SUCH impeccable service! I am never having to wait for a response back. They are busy, so please give them some grace. They were able to come out sooner for some repairs that we needed and still kept our appointment for later in the month. Thank you for all you do VPI and Jordan!

I've worked with VPI for a few years for replacement hardware and Holly is always a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and prompt with her responses. Love having VPI's service team as a resource!
