Awesome experience with VIP yesterday. I had a stage light that needed a new bulb, but had no idea on what type of bulb it needed. The burned out bulb was not in the unit so I had nothing to reference. No model number, no manual, nothing! The techs at VIP jumped all over it and were able to find the right bulb and recommended the right fuses for the unit also. I’m sure that this was an extremely small job for them to…

The VIP crew (led by Triston) did a fantastic job at our two day music event last weekend. They worked outside in the cold and rain and never complained. The staging and audio were excellent and the bands praised the sound quality. I have worked with VIP on music festivals in the past and it has always been a positive experience.
