From start to finish, the team was responsive and flexible, and communication was efficient. Their high-quality work fulfilled our expectations, and the project was completed on time and within the budget. We look forward to working with Villanueva …

We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe to build our home, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From day one, Joe was professional, transparent, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, kept us updated on timelines/budgets, and was always quick to address any questions we had. The craftsmanship of the house is truly exceptional—every…

There was about a six month period in 2018 where I looked at every single house on the market in Seattle, and none matched the build quality of the home I ended up purchasing from Villanueva construction. The house is very thoughtfully designed, and built with fine attention to detail. Villanueva Construction has been super responsive to a few minor things that needed adjusting after moving in, and have always been p…

Joey and his team remodeled our basement and garage into a 900sq ft ADU and I can't recommend them enough! Our house is over 100 years old and Joey communicated with us at every inevitable twist and turn. His quotes are extremely meticulous and realistic, which is very hard to find. Super reliable, trustworthy and hard-working. The quality is superb and evident to everyone that lays eyes on it. We are so so happy wit…

They upgraded our vent hood/exhaust ducting, cut an additional interior doorway we wanted, and put in some new light fixtures. The i…
