The unit needed new outlets, rewiring, and miscellaneous electrical updates that I did not feel comfortable doing myself. Matt was awesome. Look elsewhere. How can any company that operates in Bellevue have such terrible customer service? Recommendation was given via the concierge in our building, however, they were just hugely disappointing.
