They were responsive and punctual. I had an interior door that was locked out, and they were able to open it up quickly—the entire job took about 20 minutes. However, I was not given an estimate before the work began, and the final invoice ended up being far more expensive than expected. I recommend making sure you receive a clear estimate first and then deciding whether to proceed with their services.

Super lucky to have come across these guys. I was in a pinch for a quick set of car keys and researched to see who provided the best value service in my area in which a few companies popped up. I had a great experience with Sevan Locks and Doors. Vladislav was professional, efficient, and patient with my questions. It was an installation of a keypad system for my front door, my first one, and he took the time to make sure all my questions were answered, explained how everything worked, and helped me set up my first code. I would highly recommend Sevan Locks!

Boris came to assess the problem and to my great surprise, he actually started fixing on the spot, verses needing to come back for another appt. He was amazing - he figured out the problem 2 other people couldn’t and got the issue moving right away. He was punctual, friendly and careful. Highly recommend!

George arrived on time and made two key fob replacements for me. He also was flexible in that I had to reschedule our first appointment. Very efficient. I highly recommend Sevan and George.
