Bryce came to the first meeting prepared - he had checked up on the neighborhood and our drainage records to help with the diagnosis. Bryce was great to work with on my clogged downspout/drain. Do to a lucky opening in his schedule, he was able to come out the next day after my initial call. He quickly used the video scope to identify the problem and gave me several options to remedy. Once approved he removed the clog and roots and ensured the drain worked as expected.
