If you are looking for a design build contractor to improve your home, I highly recommend Schulte. Schulte did a complete re-design of our kitchen, bathroom and living space in our 1911 build Phinney Ridge home. We had a very strange layout in our kitchen and Schulte transformed it into a beautiful and functional space. As other reviewers have said, the team at Schulte (Todd, Joe, Yohan and Michael) really is fantas…

We set out do a complete renovation of our kitchen (built back in the early 80s), including taking out two walls, gutting down to the dirt and studs and rebuilding the kitchen entirely. Working with designs by Christine Chaney, Schulte Design Build completely transformed our kitchen into a clean, bright, open and modern kitchen that we completely love. Taking out two walls opened up the flow of our entire home and m…

The layout was also problematic, with the dishwasher positioned in a way that made it impossible to open without closing a drawer. Todd's team made some fantastic changes, including repositioning the dishwasher for better fu…

Thanks to Schulte Design Build, we now have a much larger kitchen and added a bedroom/bathroom to our basement. This has made the space more usable for our family of 6 while also adding value to our home. The best part of working with Schulte is the team (Don, Garett, Joh…
