Used Ben to install a set of beach stairs - needed to pour a footing below the tide line, install the stairs, and secure to the bulkhead. Smooth work, looks great. Also was able to problem-solve and come up with a good bracing strategy. No concerns with changes (we moved the position of the stairs, requiring extra demolition as well). Would definitely use again.

Sandy's Concrete replaced the crumbling pathway from our front porch to the sidewalk in February 2021. The demo crew arrived early, had all of the old concrete broken up and taken away in one day. They also installed the form work. Weather delayed the pour by 3-4 days but the work was perfect! Contacted them to patch a sidewalk I had cut to do some work under, they were slow to respond and said they would come to look at the project, but never showed up, I went with a different contractor. Can not comment on the quality of their craftsmanship.
