I had my first major plumbing issue turn into root intrusion in my 98-year-old pipes—no small job. Royal Rooter answered the phone at 4 PM on a Friday, and Jose arrived within an hour. What started as a clog turned into a full sewer line replacement, and the team was fantastic from start to finish. They offered both a competitive price and financing, and I chose to fix it the right way to avoid future issues. Huge …

From start to finish, Royal Rooter was super respectful and helpful. I called in and the person who scheduled my appointment was very kind. Got me on schedule very quickly and even gave me a phone call/texts for updates. Joel showed up to clean my kitchen sink drain (had a pretty bad clog), but he got it with his snake. Even showed me my pipes with his camera and taught me about pipe maintenance. Very honest work and…

No one was available to come at night except for Royal Rooter who came within a window of 2 hours. They were fast, efficient, friendly and also very clean (making sure to wear booties inside our house). They had to give …

I also appreciated that when I offered him a tip, he politely declined because it's against company policy, saying that a positive review is more valuable. I'm happy to leave one. I highly …

Jose and Alex, with the rest of the team did an amazing job with our plumbing issue. Woke up to a flooded bathroom. They were able to come fast and help me with the restoration and water damages! Nice and easy. Such a sense of relief. Would recommend this company. Professionals and will help you out and communicate with you step-by-step.
