If you are looking for a studio in walking distance of everything Edmonds, check RPAs available listing at 527 Forsyth Lane. Outstanding for a taste of Edmonds charm, which includes Meghan in front office and Amber in the field - RPA gets 'er done! PS - Maintenance and my building neighbors were 5-star friendly too. 😁🌬🩵🐳🇺🇲 "Love where you live!" 🙏🐑🐑🐑RPA!

I had a great experience with Real Property Associates, and I especially want to thank Quien for all of her help throughout the application and leasing process. Since I was outside of the U.S. during the entire process, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Quien was always incredibly kind, patient, and responsive. She kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process much easier and les…

Spencer was super helpful and did a wonderful job replacing our water heater. He even went above and beyond and lent me better tools for a piece of furniture I was working on. I would definitely recommend him if you need a handy man.

She was really friendly, easy to talk to and made the whole showing feel comfortable and not rushed…
