I built a home for my mother-in-law on the land across from me, and had Reality Homes build it. Background: I am an electrical project manager with over 20 years of industry experience. When I asked a couple of custom home builders I work with whether I should general the house myself, they said for the type of home I was building, I should call Reality Homes. We have built two homes through Reality Homes (2015 and 2024) Neil and Tamara H. Both homes are solidly built and energy efficient. The synergy within the Reality Homes team is impressive. They worked with us every step of the way from breaking ground through the final inspection and beyond. Communication was outstanding, challenges were quickly resolved, and we always felt part of the process. The contractors Realit…

They met me at site visit every week and yes there were a few hiccups but we worked thru them and got the job done! I am so pleased with my beautif…

With that I set forth to explore options, Mobil…

Ben, our project manager, was consistently responsive and made a genuine effort to ensure our requests were addressed throughout the process. Building a home can come with unexpected challenges, but Ben worked hard to keep everything movin…
