We are so impressed with Puget Sound Water Rescue! After contacting and interviewing a lot of contractors (20+) from various backgrounds on some extensive house issues we had, we were referred to this company. They had so much work after a busy rainy season (which is always a good sign) that we had to wait a bit, but when we had Matthew out, he was one of the most knowledgeable, intelligent and objective experts we'…

Matthew is amazing! Highly recommended working with him if you have any water damage issues. He is a small local business, and incredibly responsive and sympathetic. Even though he doesn’t do plumbing or repair, he will help you through understanding the whole process and has people he can recommend. He also helps you work with insurance, which can be daunting.

With an old house (and therefore old systems), we have worked with a couple of different …

Fast and great work! I found a water leak behind my wall and Puget Sound water rescue was recommended to me by a plumber. They were able to come out ASAP and did a very thorough inspection of the problem areas, thanks Matt! We were then able to quickly setup an appointment to do the work, they even scheduled me in 1st thing so it would be done before the plumbers got here. Seriously great customer service! Noah an…
