We had an excellent experience having Prime, replace our failed Lennox heat pump & air-handler with a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ducted system. They were able to relocate the air handler to our garage from our crawl space and offered us a very competitive price. They showed up on time, were very professional, worked hard, left everything clean and finished on time. They are a diamond level Mitsubishi contractor which also…

Fast service and very high quality! They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our furnace and replace it at a great price. They also left our home very clean after completing the work. Now we have a great-working furnace, and our home is warm and comfortable with all the heat it needs right before the cold season. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
