We hired Pool Pro to do our pool maintenance. They sent six different people over a period of six months, some of whom knew something about pool maintenance and others who did not. They did not keep notes, and several of them showed up not knowing how our pool cover opened or where our pool room was. I eventually called and they were very short with me and said they’d get back when they had more info. I was then told that it was shipping the next day but again, no info provided.
