Very pleased that my company switched over with polar ice. They show up same day we called. I have had the pleasure of working with Dylon. He Explains everything in detail also fixed the problems and more the happy to look at other issues. Never rushes through the job and takes his time and gets the job done right.

“Polar Refrigeration: Keeping things cool except behind the wheel” should be your motto! Lol. I came on here to give a bad review due to a dangerous driver who plowed their way through to cut me off and get to the front of the line. Looks like from the other reviews I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with these aggressive drivers!

Driver was tailgating me in Vancouver less than 6 inches from my bumper doing 40 mph with my kid in the car... I called their office to report the driver and they didn't care or take my report. It's frustrating when these guys in these big white work trucks think they can't drive how ever fast they want and bully you by tailgating if you are in their way.

I called the office on Tuesday for walk-in cooler service . They told me their tech guy will come that same day or tomorrow the latest. After several calls back and forth finally they called me back on next Monday to tell me to call another company cause their schedule is too busy? They made me wait for 5 days for nothing ?!!! This company is not reliable at all 👎
